Organisers

The symposium is organised by Harper Adams University and the Global Institute for Agri-Tech Economics. It is supported by the members of both the Organising Committee and Scientific Committee.​

Harper Adams University

Global Institute for Agri-Tech Economics 
The GIATE is a research centre within Harper Adams University that represents a worldwide network of leading multidisciplinary researchers and stakeholders and which brings together experts working on the application, adaptation and adoption of innovative agricultural technology.

The event will be supported by the Centre for Effective Innovation in Agriculture (CEIA), the International Society of Precision Agricultural Economics Community, and the International Network for Economic Research (INFER). 

Centre for Effective Innovation in Agriculture 
The CEIA’s virtual centre brings together leading experts in technology adoption research from across five of the UK’s top agricultural universities. The CEIA is focused on increasing the relevance of agricultural R&D to farmers and the public, by making investments in farming innovation more effective and supporting user-centred design and implementation. 

International Society of Precision Agriculture - Economics Community 
The International Society of Precision Agriculture (ISPA) is a non-profit professional scientific organization. The mission of ISPA is to advance the science of precision agriculture globally.

International Network for Economic Research (INFER)
INFER is a non-profit international scientific organization that stimulates research and research networking in all fields of economics through international workshops and conferences.
