Women in Food and Agriculture (WFA) is an international initiative promoting inclusion and diversity in the food and agriculture industry. Thanks to the input and support of industry leaders and truly forward-thinking companies, the WFA initiative is gaining real momentum. Our aim is to make a measurable positive impact on gender diversity across the global food and agricultural industry by inspiring people personally and supporting companies in developing their strategies.
We are bringing back the magic of our launch event in 2019 with another even bigger and better face to face meeting. On 1st- 3rd December 2021, WFA will gather some of the sector’s most progressive and disruptive thinkers in one event in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Not only will you hear from some amazing speakers as they share valuable insight from a diverse industry where merit and talent are the key components of leadership but you will get to network with like-minded people from all over the world.
